Pakistan Citizen Portal for Overseas Pakistanis

All Overseas Pakistanis are encouraged to make use of Pakistan Citizens Portal (PCP) to raise their issues. 

For those using smart phones, Mobile Application can be downloaded either from Google Play Store or Apple Store

For people having no smart phone, they can access it by internet web.citizenportal.gov.pk

Oversears Pakistanis can participate in e-Kachehris which are being scheduled as per SOPs on Facebook, Radio or TV by 24 Federal Organizations.

Overseas Pakistanis who are either illeterate or physically challenged, or aged ow women/widows can lodge their written complaints as per SOPs through PCP-dashboards.
